Finding your line

This week’s class explores alignment using a simple line of tape across the top of the mat to guide where hands and feet land in poses like Downward Dog to lunge and forward fold. We’ll move through High Crescent Lunge, Warrior II, Peaceful Warrior and Triangle, with some gentle balance work. The focus isn’t perfection, but curiosity—using the tape as a reference to build stability, strength and ease in the practice. Have some fun with it! Recorded 12th March 2026
