    Squeeze it in (30 mins)

Squeeze It In is a 30-minute, all-round yoga class designed to fit easily into real life — whether it’s between activities, during a quiet moment, or as a gentle reset. You’ll move through a balanced mix of mobility, strength, and stretch, touching all the key areas without rushing. Perfect for New Year’s Day, this class is about showing up without pressure: simple, effective movement that helps you feel refreshed, grounded, and ready to step into the year ahead. Recorded for 1 Jan 2026

    Comfort & Joy (30 mins)

Comfort & Joy is a nourishing, familiar practice designed to feel safe, steady, and deeply comforting. Moving through well-known poses and transitions, the class offers a gentle, unhurried flow to warm the body, followed by a short restorative section focused on rest, ease, and nervous-system settling. The flow is around 25 mins, so leave yourself some extra time for long, supported poses once the video finishes. Class recorded for 25th Dec 2025.

    Mobility vs Flexibility

Our class this week explores the difference between mobility and flexibility so you can feel it in your own body. Mobility is your ability to move a joint through its range of motion using your own strength and control (active movement), while flexibility is how far a muscle or joint can be taken with support or assistance (passive movement). By pairing active poses with supported, passive shapes, you’ll experience the contrast first hand. Class recorded on 18th Dec 2025

    Rolling transitions

This practice begins lying down, guiding you into body and breath awareness to gently settle the nervous system and bring attention inward. As the practice builds, you’ll flow through classical Sun Salutations, creating warmth and rhythm in the body. The heart of the class is a series of flows where you move there and back through each transition three times, creating a rolling, wave-like quality to the practice. Class recorded 11th Dec 2026

    Unwrap & Unwind

Unwrap & Unwind is a spiral-themed yoga class. It follows a soothing arc: beginning on the floor with gentle supine twists to soften the lower back, quiet the nervous system, and ease you into the practice. From there, you move gradually into seated twists, lengthening the spine and awakening the waist and rib cage before rising into a warm, spacious standing sequence. Recorded 4th December 2026

    Pull yourself together (Shoulders 4)

In yoga, we’re pros at push work — think planks, arm balances, Down Dog, Chaturanga. But our pull muscles? (the ones that help stabilise your shoulders, back body, and posture)… They often get far less love. This class is all about rebalancing with a flow that wakes up your pull muscles (back body), and then a flow that highlights push patterns (front body) …so you can feel the difference through your shoulders and your whole body. No props needed! Class was recorded on 27th Nov 2025

    Alveoli Awakening (Shoulders 3)

In this class, we tune into the tiny but powerful alveoli, drawing on Dr. Jack Feldman’s work on the spontaneous “occasional breath” and contrasting it with the light, efficient nasal breathing taught by Patrick McKeown to explore how subtle shifts in breath shape presence, ease, and emotional balance. From this foundation, we then move into shoulder-focused mobility and strength work that builds warmth and resilience around the heart and lungs. Class recorded on 20th Nov 2026

    The Antagonists (Shoulders 2)

This class (class 2 of our 4 class shoulder progression), isn’t just about how the biceps and triceps work against each other—it’s about how they balance one another. Inspired by Patanjali’s Sutra II.46, we’ll explore steadiness and ease by strengthening and lengthening these opposing muscles, finding harmony between effort and release—just as our friendly antagonists do. Recorded live on 13th Nov 2025

    Rotator Cuff (Shoulders 1)

This class, the first of a series of 4 shoulder classes, focuses on the rotator cuff muscles. This first half emphasizes mobility and joint preparation, allowing the shoulders to move freely in all planes. In the second half, we shift to strengthening exercises to support and stabilise the shoulder joint, preventing injuries and improving posture. The balance of flexibility and strength ensures healthy, stable shoulders capable of smooth and pain-free motion. Class from 6 Nov 2025.

    Exploring Malasana Squat

This class is a deep dive into the Malasana (Yogi Squat) — a posture that reveals how well your ankles, knees, and hips work together. Through guided mobility tests for the ankles, knees and hips you will learn if there are areas of your body that are holding you back from your deepest squat, and learn stretches to help overcome any limitations! Expect to leave this class with new knowledge about your body!! This class was aired live on 30 Oct 2025

    Flow then Slow

This class begins with a strong, fluid flow to wake up the body — connecting breath and movement to build heat, coordination, and mobility. Once the energy is high, we shift gears into the “Slow” section: slower-paced, longer holds and super slow transitions designed to build deep, functional strength in the glutes, hips, and legs. Don’t be fooled by the tempo — the slow part is where the real work happens. This class was aired live on Oct 23rd 2025

    Reflections

A class starting on the floor to find alignment using the feedback of the level earth! Once you have completed the floor series, creating muscle memory of level hips and a long spine, we rise to our feet and reflect/mirror the same postures in the air! “Once you stand, gravity will disguise subtle misalignments — standing is complex, muscular activity masks what the floor so clearly reveals.” Aired live on 16th October 2025

    Presence through pattern

This class blends fluid flow with focused balance work, moving at a steady, deliberate pace that encourages both strength and calm. Each sequence weaves in moments of balance where you’ll use your breath and gaze (drishti) as anchors to steady the body and quiet the mind. Between these balancing shapes, you’ll return to familiar flow patterns to build new neural pathways, helping your body move with greater ease, coordination, and confidence over time. Aired on Sep 4th 2025

    Unwind the Robot

This is a full-body, full-awareness class designed to help you move like a human being — not a robot.
We’ll focus on opening the chest, freeing the deep hip flexors, and reconnecting to sensation through slow, deliberate movement. Each sequence invites you to feel more, think less. With mindful cues and reminders to notice exactly where the movement originates and where you feel it land, this class helps you tune into the subtleties of your body. Aired on Aug 28th 2025

    Ground to Summit Flow

Filmed high in the Austrian Alps on the breathtaking Großglockner Pass, this class invites you to move and breathe as though you were right there. We begin low to the earth, exploring grounded movement, joint articulation, and gentle breath awareness. From there, the practice gradually rises toward standing, mirroring the feeling of ascending the mountainside — layer by layer, breath by breath. Recorded July 30th 2025
