This class uses breath and a steady gaze to build real, usable balance. We’ll move through controlled transitions, single-leg work and lunges with the strap overhead, combining strength, mobility and coordination in one go. The focus isn’t on holding shapes perfectly, but on how you organise the body and attention within them.
