Front body - Dancer's pose

Spend time working through the front body, especially the hip flexors to prepare for Dancer’s Pose - coming into the final posture with ‘balance and grace’ which feature throughout. Breath, alignment and poise for the peak posture. 2 blocks and a strap needed for this class, which aired on March 6th 2025
