In yoga, we’re pros at push work — think planks, arm balances, Down Dog, Chaturanga. But our pull muscles? (the ones that help stabilise your shoulders, back body, and posture)… They often get far less love. This class is all about rebalancing with a flow that wakes up your pull muscles (back body), and then a flow that highlights push patterns (front body) …so you can feel the difference through your shoulders and your whole body.
