Shoulders, glutes & hips

A class combining so much! Today we have some shoulder work, adding a challenging new move into chaturanga, some glute stretching and strengthening (with lots of twists), and some deep hip work for the hamstrings and hip flexors. If you want an all round class, this is it. Aired on July 3rd 2025.
