The Antagonists (Shoulders 2)

This class (class 2 of our 4 class shoulder progression), isn’t just about how the biceps and triceps work against each other—it’s about how they balance one another. Inspired by Patanjali’s Sutra II.46, we’ll explore steadiness and ease by strengthening and lengthening these opposing muscles, finding harmony between effort and release—just as our friendly antagonists do.
