Deep support system 

A focused class to strengthen your body’s deep support system — targeting some often overlooked muscles that are responsible for stability, posture and efficient movement. We’ll target key areas including the deep neck flexors, serratus anterior, and tibialis anterior, building strength and awareness through controlled mobility, plank work and a flowing sequence. Expect to improve alignment, reduce strain on larger muscle groups, and develop strength that supports you both on and off the mat.
