A progressive flow preparing the body for Dancer’s Pose through quad, hip flexor and shoulder opening. We begin on the floor, building awareness through the breath, then move into standing sequences to develop balance, strength and control. Expect lunges, Warrior variations and Half Moon as we create space through the front body and stability in the standing leg, finishing with a more easeful and steady Dancer’s Pose.
