This class begins with a strong, fluid flow to wake up the body — connecting breath and movement to build heat, coordination, and mobility. Once the energy is high, we shift gears into the “Slow” section: slower-paced, longer holds and super slow transitions designed to build deep, functional strength in the glutes, hips, and legs.
