Lunar Rhythm

Lunar Rhythm is a steady, flowing Moon Salutation practice built around repeated Chandra Namaskar. The sequence stays consistent and physically strong — we build heat, joint mobility and muscular endurance through continuous movement — but the focus is on how effort is distributed, not how much you’re doing. You’ll explore where to work (legs, hips, shoulder stability, breath control) and where to back off (shoulders, lower back, unnecessary gripping). Ending with a Half Crescent Moon balance challenge!
